The Fabricant, a legal entity located at Weteringschans 109, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), operates the LEELA Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “Platform”).

Please carefully read this page, which informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Definitions

Service

Service shall refer to the LEELA Platform operated by The Fabricant which may be accessed through the web page digital.fashion

Data Subject (or User)

Data Subject refers to any individual who is using our Service and whose Personal Data are processed as a consequence of using our Service.

Consent of Data Subject refers to any freely given, specific, informed indication of will, whereby the Data Subject agrees to the collection and Processing of his/her Personal, Data.

2. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information to provide and improve our Service to you. The primary purposes of information collection under this Service as well as for promotional services. The Company will collect data for a period of fourteen (14) days during the beta test period of the Service. Such information shall be used for the aforementioned purposes. As such, you hereby give your consent to the collection of your data, as well as the storing of the same for a period necessary to achieve the purposes of the data collection even beyond the beta test period.

You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. Service Providers We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Personal Information Processor” or “PIP”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used. PIPs include but are not limited to website service providers such as Squarespace or email outreach tools such as Mailchimp. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

The right to be forgotten. You have the right to request the Company to delete any and all information collected from you as soon as the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy are already achieved.

6. Storage and Retention of Data

Storage and Retention of Data The Fabricant will store and retain your Personal Data with the use of Google Firebase and only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations such as in the case we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Fabricant will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), The Fabricant’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

7. Transfer of Data

The Fabricant will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data to an organization or a country will take place unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other Personal Information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
