Michael Margolis, AI keynote speaker — Prophets of AI
Has built narrative as infrastructure for companies since founding Storied in 2002, work now aimed at how language directs AI systems.

About Michael Margolis

Michael Margolis is a VC Operating Partner and Narrative Architect who advises founders, CEOs, and investors on growth in exponential times. He builds the narrative architecture that increases velocity and reduces friction inside scaling organizations.

In the Age of AI, narrative is infrastructure. Language directs how systems behave and how conviction is allocated. When you fix the story, you fix the system. Michael helps leaders make complex futures legible so belief compounds and execution accelerates.

He is the author of the bestselling book Story 10x: From Impossible to Inevitable. His work has powered billion-dollar initiatives, driven adoption across 100M+ users, and shaped category narratives for Meta, Google, Salesforce, Genentech, and NASA.

Language Is the New Leverage

Michael Margolis keynote topics

Language Is the New Leverage

Why narrative architecture is the last defensible moat, and how to build yours. Michael shows senior teams how language directs the way people and AI systems behave, why language debt stalls deals and lets the market file you under someone else’s category, and how owning your words gets a complex strategy funded, bought and believed.

Accelerating Deal Velocity

The pattern behind the fastest closes and the highest conviction in enterprise revenue. Built for sales kickoffs and revenue leaders, the session shows how the language a team uses moves a deal through diligence instead of stalling it, and how every seller can learn to close the way the best rep already does.

Leading Change in the Age of AI

Why transformations stall: the change moves faster than the words for it. Michael gives leadership teams the language to explain an AI transformation clearly, align senior leaders on what comes next and keep momentum after the offsite, with frames that attendees repeat in their own meetings for weeks.
