Patrick Tammer

Patrick Tammer’s career spans more than a decade across AI strategy, investing and C-suite advisory. From advising 50+ business executives and managing a $125M+ AI investment portfolio, he brings a deep understanding of how companies can be successful in the age of AI. But beyond business success, Patrick deeply cares about a “Just AI Transition”. Through research at the Harvard Kennedy School and advising policy makers, he has built a wealth of knowledge on how Governments can create an inclusive AI economy.

Currently, Patrick Tammer leads Strategy & Operations in Google’s AI infrastructure group, where he partners with product and engineering teams to define world-class AI product strategies and drive cross-functional operational excellence. He serves as an editor at the Harvard/MIT Journal of Business and Artificial Intelligence and as an AI startup board advisor.

Previously, he was an AI investor managing a $125M+ AI portfolio, advising C-level executives and policy makers, and overseeing large-scale AI transformation projects. Prior work experience includes Management Consulting at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Portfolio Management at an impact investing fund, and Program Management at the United Nations Development Group.

Patrick holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a dual Masters in Management & Public Policy from HEC Paris and Freie University Berlin.

As a keynote speaker, Patrick has taken the stage at GITEX Dubai, GITEX Singapore, Canada’s largest AI conference All In, Toronto Machine Learning Summit and numerous executive roundtables, sharing insights on AI strategy, AI policy, and his vision of a “Just AI transition”.
